Before You Buy
Our goal at Trestle Brothers Trading is for fair, simple, and successful win-win transactions. To that end, we have provided detailed item descriptions and strongly encourage potential customers to ask for additional information about products of interest before placing orders. Additional details, photos, and even video can be provided upon request.
Payment
Currently we accept payment for online transactions via PayPal.
Shipping
Most shipping is through U.S. Postal Service within two (2) business days of payment. However, due to circumstances beyond our control (for example extreme weather conditions, terrorist attack, etc.), this may be extended up to five (5) business days. The cost of shipping is generally rounded to a near amount of actual cost, including special packaging when needed. In the unlikely event that some items in your order are unavailable for timely delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). Insurance is required. Delivery Confirmation is required for items of $250 or more. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.
Returns & Refunds
Stressing the importance of asking questions prior to purchasing, all sales are final with the following two exceptions; 1) the item was significantly not as described, or 2) the item is not available for shipment within five (5) business days. Returns will not be accepted for any other reason. If the customer believes the item was significantly not as described, the customer has three (3) calendar days after receiving to contact Trestle Brothers Trading. If it is determined the product was not as described, the full price and shipping (both ways) will be promptly refunded (money back). The customer may also opt for a replacement item, if available. Items cannot be returned without prior approval. Customer is responsible for shipping charges if an incorrect address is given at time of order or a package is refused.
